How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, usually the same day. I'm in Belgrade, so CET/CEST - that overlaps a full working day with Europe and a morning with the US East Coast.
Is the intro call really free?
Yes - 30 minutes, video, no deck and no follow-up sequence. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Are you open to permanent roles?
Yes, alongside consulting. Head of Product, Head of Delivery, and senior or lead product roles. Recruiters are welcome: the CV is on this page, and the hiring managers' page has the detail.
Do you take short engagements?
Regularly. A two-hour advisory session or a two-week audit is often the right size, and it's a much better way to find out whether we work well together than a long contract.
