Four ways to work together, from a free half-hour to a fractional Product Owner embedded in your team. Start with the smallest one that answers your question - I'd rather you scale up because it worked than commit up front because you had to.

Availability is deliberately limited. I take a maximum of two audit or retainer clients at a time, alongside my product work. If I can't give an engagement proper attention, I'll say so on the intro call rather than take it and stretch.

How an engagement runs
Step 1
Intro call
Free, 30 minutes, video. The problem in your words. I'll tell you if it isn't mine to solve.
Step 2
Scope & agreement
A one-page scope: what I'll look at, what you'll get, what it costs, when it ends.
Step 3
Diagnosis
Backlog, ceremonies, releases and the people doing the work. Evidence, not impressions.
Step 4
Findings & plan
What's blocking delivery, ranked by impact, with a plan sized to your team.
Step 5
Execute or hand over
I run it with you, or I hand it to your team documented. Either way it outlives the engagement.
Step 6
30-day review
A free hour a month after we finish: what held, what slipped back, what needs a second pass. No invoice attached.
FAQThe questions that come up on the first call
Before you get in touch
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I'm in Belgrade (CET/CEST) and have worked fully remotely since 2024 with distributed engineering, QA, SEO and marketing teams. I'll travel for a kickoff or a read-out if it's worth it.
Do you only work in iGaming?
No - that's where most of my experience is, and it's where I'm fastest because I already know the regulatory and integration landscape. The delivery problems themselves are the same in any product organisation.
Can you work with our existing Product Owner?
Often that's the best version. I coach the person in the seat rather than replace them, which means the improvement stays after the engagement ends.
What do you need from us?
Access to the backlog and delivery tooling, half an hour each with four or five people, and one sponsor who can make decisions. That's genuinely it.
What if the audit says the problem is us?
It usually is - that's what makes it fixable. I'll say it plainly, in private first, and the findings come with a plan rather than a verdict.
Are you also open to full-time roles?
Yes. I'm currently a Product Owner at ClickOut Media and open to Head of Product, Head of Delivery, and senior or lead product roles. There's a page for hiring managers with the detail.
Something isn't shipping. Let's find out why.
Send me three sentences about what's stuck, or take the free 30-minute call. Either way you'll get an honest read - including if the answer is that you don't need me.
